Teach AngularJS and Ruby on Rails

We are seeking a Angular.JS / Ruby on rails guru that can teach two people.
One is a backend ruby on rails engineer the other a frontend designers working as a tight team building a web/mobile application.
We already have some angular work completed by a third party that has let us down. We want to now complete the work ourselves and to a higher standard. Using this code we seek a mentor to teach us how angular works, the best way to route our application so that it works well with Ionic Framework.
We are looking for a single developer, to advice and mentor in a teaching environment.
