Hi I've read your brief with great interest. I'm a good illustrator and cartoon artist and 2D,3D expert who can work at fair price. Probably one of the best in the Freelancer.com. Hi, I just want to say that I can do this, but your budget is way to low! If I was going to do this project for 800 I would require some sort of stake in the final game. I work 3D for my job and I wouldn't even do 1 character fully rigged for 800. Please consider this, It sounds like a beautiful concept if you are looking for Zelda style models - which is why it is so sad to hear your budget is so low. perhaps if you are looking at low poly characters - and maybe reducing to 10 I will consider working for a cheaper rate.
