Create a Video Animation of How Astrological House Cusps are Formed

I am building my own website about the scientific proof and astrological/cosmic origins of reincarnation. What I am looking for in terms of the service is someone that has an understanding of spherical geometry, astronomy and astrology who can create an animation that visually shows how astrological house cusps are formed. This is specifically in regard to horizon-based house systems (Placidus, in particular) and how the diurnal path of the Sun plays a foundational basis in tying house cusps unto the ecliptic plane--establishig a cage-like framework for the planets and projection of house cusps to outer space. (Other aspects--such as applied corrections from clock times to sidereal times and applied corrections from geographic to geocentric latitudes--are not necessary since they go beyond what can be visually seen, explained to, or understood by the layperson. Communicating the big picture and VISUAL concept is what's important here!) I am not certain if your service includes a script, voice over and/or background music. If not, no worries: I can provide a written explanation (not script) myself for the motion graphics/animation created as well as voice over and background music. What I primarily need is the visual animation and concept. Overall, I am looking for something that would be easy to grasp by the layperson who does not have an understanding of astrology but who still is curious about it and seeking to understand some of its fundamental/foundational aspects. The animated image can be in various forms (flash, video, etc.) just as long as it is universally compatible with most computers, mobile devices, and Internet browsers.
