Config a MS5611 Arduino sensor

I need someone to create a real simple and small code that allows me to read the MS5611 temperature & pressure I2C sensor and this code must be 1.638 bytes size or less . What I need: Read the sensor with Resolution RMS of 4096 (according to datasheet, the best resolution); Read Altitude in Meters; Read Temperature em Celsius; Need it to be real small size code (maximum 1.638 bytes) Example: This simples sketch bellow has 4.138 bytes.
