Write me arduino code to generate two square wave signals

I would like arduino code to generate four square wave signals for four pins ( A and B)(C and D). It should be able to handle the attached situations where 'A leads B' and where 'B leads A' (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO) . It should ALSO be able to handle the attached situations where 'C leads D' and where 'D leads C' (SEE ATTACHED PHOTO) Code must not be blocking as I need to use it in other code. I Must be able to select the following in the code and it must compile for a Nano. Code must be commented to explain how you have done it in English

1) Pin for waveform A

2) Pin for waveform B

3) Pin for waveform C

4) Pin for waveform D

5) Frequency from 0Hz up to 80kHz

6) Direction 'A leads B' or 'B leads A'

7) Duty cycle of the pulse (normally it will be 50%)

8) Switch on and off A- B ( A B always together )

9) Switch on and off C - D ( C D always together)

Note Both A-B and C-D square waves will be used together
