I need locals in The USA to reach the target companies and set meetings.

I'm on behalf of a Chinese company. I have a list of target companies in The USA. The Chinese company want to meet the targets in The USA. So I want to hire the locals in The USA to find the key person's information(cell phone, email address, etc), confirm the details and contact the key person for setting a meeting. The key person should be the sourcing manager or the decision maker of import. And the freelancer will be paid 130USD for each meeting set successfully. And the project is a long term one.
