Help with VP-ASP & DNN website

Our website is running on two CMS, the ecommerce is on vp-asp and the "info" site on the DNN platform. Vp-asp is our webhost. - DNN platforms was updated to version 07.02.00, however, it seems like our DNN template doesn’t work with this DNN version, because it’s no longer possible to edit html content and other simple backend navigation. – This needs to be fixed so everything is in correct working order. So maybe DNN needs a downgrade, or upgrade – or identify template sessions that raise problems. DNN skin is called Modern Biz home - In DNN we would like to password protect a single page without using the user permission / registration form – the password should be a bunch of product serial numbers, so everyone with a serial number should be able to login without page registration. - Also in DNN, we want to add read permission on some pdf files, we would like to capture email address info before allowing visitor to read or download our pdf files. - In VP-ASP we can't get that cross selling/ related products to show on product pages – this needs to be fixed - VP-ASP - Random email notification after placed orders - Order emails is only generated if the customer hits the [login to view URL] page. Depending on payment gateway sometimes the customer will not return to the cart after making a payment - With PayPal IPN it should be possible to set up an automated process so even if they do not return to cart. - VP-ASP – We want a solution which trickers a discount for customers who have a quote number and thereby show product prices with their privat discount when they surf the store? A programmer already implemented some custom work toward this on our site, however this was unfinished, but maybe this can be revised and used. - We had a programmer to do some customization on our shipping tables. However, unfortunately he was not able to finishing it, so we now need help to get it running flawlessly. o-> The UPS shipping need to pull out our “negotiated rates” because right now the rates are too high. o-> We use FedEx for US & Canada shipping – here’s the problem that in the checkout order flow, the FedEx shipping option is “stocked” until you hit F5 or make changes a couple of times, hereafter you can continue the order flow. This needs to be fixed to work flawlessly. - Google webmaster tool shows 60 Pages with duplicate title tags, but these are not unique pages, but rather search queries or something like that? We want to remove these duplicates. - We need an overall website performance inspection – as a professional point of view, what’s your thoughts on this website, urgent recommendations etc. Ideally we would like the freelancer to first try-out any changes in a test environment before final implementation on our live environment. Also we prefer a freelancer with prober English language communication skills.
