One page web app

I need a one-page web app that will accept data from the user and will then modify the page according to calculations. I need this to be done in ASP.NET MVC 5. For considerations, it will then be deployed in Azure, but i'll manage that afterwards. I'm attaching a sample layout of what it should look like. I don't need it to be pretty, just functional. The red square is where the user will be able to enter data. It will consist a mix of textboxes and dropdowns. Whatever the user enters here the app should perform calculations and then alter the contents of parts of the page. An example would be the blue square which should contain a dropdown with values that are determined by these calculations (i will handle this part, but need you to prepare it for me so I can do the backend stuff). Other parts of the page that will alter based on the specs entered by the user is the table on the right which should show a list with data. And then, most importantly, the image below contains labels (shown in red text) which should also change dynamically based on the specs entered by the user (Again I will handle this part but need you to prepare it so that the values change). I need these labels to be positioned easily so that I can change the coordinates later. If you understand the core of the app and think you can do this, please apply. I need the deliverable to be a visual studio solution so that I can continue the work afterwards.
