Overview: Two web sites are involved. - Website A is a WordPress site - Website B is a mixed aspx - WordPress site The functions required: 1. COLLECT purchaser names and email address on Website A 2. FILL OUT A FORM, in Website B, using the collected purchaser's info, that SENDS AN EMAIL from Website B to the purchaser's email address. (This email contains a link to a token-coded questionnaire that resides on Website B.) 3. SEND an automatically prepared report of the purchaser's questionnaire results (from Website B) to the purchaser's email address. Notes: - The questionnaire is automatically scored and a report is prepared and stored on Website B when the questionnaire is completed and submitted for scoring by the purchaser. Detailed information, regarding: - the login credentials - the page URLs, and - the steps that would be manually performed by a human user are available. Please provide: - a start date, - a cost estimate in $CDN, and - the number of days to complete the job. Good written skills in the English language are required.
