Audio track needs buzzing sound removed

I have a 23 minute audio track that is mostly voice with some background noise (it's the audio for a dance lesson). The problem is that an inconsistent buzzing sound (feedback from the microphone, i believe) saturates the track and makes it very unpleasant. I have uploaded a sample of the problem so you can hear the problem. What i need you to do is to do a great job of removing the buzzing sound without destroying the audio quality of the voice or the sounds of the footsteps in the background. I understand that some loss in quality is unavoidable when doing this kind of restoration, but I'm looking for someone who is talented and can do the best job possible, which means removing the buzzing sound without making the voice or footsteps sound very muffled or with an echo. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working audio track in better condition than it was when I submitted it to the coder. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) I require the file to be returned to me in high quality MP3 format. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I will give you the file in high quality MP3 format and require that it be returned to me in high quality mp3 format as well.
