I've also found that I can do editing tricks that don't remove the words, but make them inaudible...for example I edit my daughters songs for her dance company all the time to edit out foul language. It sounds like what you need for your project is to isolate the vocals and background individually in the video, then some balancing to bring down the volume of the "That stupid Hoe" line. Using Adobe audition and premiere this won't be very difficult. I could have the project done by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. Let me know if I can help out!
