I want to Purify, Level up, Remove Background noise from sound clips, preferably through the free tool - Audacity, as follows:
-Purify Sound clip
-Remove background noise
-Level up sound - to make sound of all parties talking same level - some parties sound loud and some low
-Save settings to be able to apply it to other clips, without the need to repeat the process all over again
-Preferably to perform the above through the free tool - Audacity
Whoever would like to take up this task, should ensure the following points:
-Pro and Fully capable of achieving the above results without wasting time trying
-To listen to one of the clips that I have and guarantee that he can achieve the results - must be able to make the sound of the 2nd party talking audible, such as the sound of first party talking

Hello my name is David I'm an Audio Engineer from Canada! I can do this for 25$. I have my diploma in audio engineering graduating with honors. During my time at school I was taught how to remove background noise and fix audio files with Izotope plugins. The application of technique is the same from program to program. There is only so much I can do before the quality of the audio starts to diminish (artifact's and aliasing) that is just due to technological limitations. Realistically I could reduce the background noise by about half the volume while preserving the dialogue quality.
I also have a very solid understanding of decibel units. I can ensure that all of the dialogue will be at the same volume level. And I will also apply some EQ to clean it up and make it sound good. I will also apply some compression to make sure that the dialogue will maintain a consistent volume so that it is audible. If you provide me all of your clips that need to be fixed I can do it with speed and efficiency so that you don't need to do anything. It will be difficult for you to apply the same settings to all of the audio clips because of the different audio properties.
I have lots of experience dealing with audio this is something I can do without any trouble or problems. I've tracked and mixed a fair amount of bands and songs, I've worked on sound for animations and films.
