Hi, I have a project extending a domestic property which involves opening out the rear corner of the building (two storey house), which will require a steel to be fitted. The extension is flat roofed with velux roof lights planned so i also require confirmation of the size/ quantity of trimmers to be put around these windows please. The property is c 1950s standard cavity construction. I will provide all required drawings, I'm just after the calcs to satisfy Building Control Officer for Bilding Regs approval Many thanks
