Hi Have looked at your project and have drawn up most of the elevations, just a few quick questions, is the bathroom layout cast in stone .ie can i amend such that the shower move towards the door. reason being if gran is on s frame for walking shower would be in way of the toilet, similiarly if you need hand rails these also would take up room.? Outside the existing sewer manhole locations would be help to were you would connect the proposed building into. A picture of the cladding for both roof and external wall just to get a visual of it.
