- All Relevant CAD Drawings, PDF Files etc pertaining to Architectural, Structural and MEP Shall be given.
- Purely 3D BIM Model using Revit Software needs to be developed
- No Revisions are expected as directly final AS BUILT Drawings will be provided
- Professional use of families in the model for Architectural Elements required
- Professional use of families in the model for MEP Elements required
- Team shall work using worksets
- Freelancer shall have advance knowledge of Revit
Exclusions :
- No 3D Rendered Views Required
- No Sheet Creations and No Annotations Required

I would like a estimation for the structure + arch + mep modelling.
MEP Shall be inclusive of plumbing, electrical i.e. HVAC, cctv points, access controls, fire alarm system, LV Distribution and points, telecom, external lightning and Mechanical items as per project standards.
