I'm seeking an architect or designer experienced with panelized building systems to create a residential design for a single-family home. Key Requirements: - Design Expertise: You should have a proven track record in residential design, specifically single-family homes. - Panelized Building System Knowledge: Prior experience with panelized building systems is highly preferred. If you've worked with these systems before, please highlight this in your proposal. - Modern Design: Our preference is for modern style design. Your ability to create a modern, yet practical and liveable space is crucial. We do anywhere from 20 to 50 projects a year. I'm looking for design development (in a way that fits into our building system and is compatible to designing to our building system) I need to take a project from start to turning into our engineer and completing the redlines he sends back. About 30% of our business is completely custom the remainder are based on our 45 pre-engineered models that we offer multiple structural options such as adding porches dormers and other options to the design to modify it to suit our clients needs. I currently have a designer but she is not able to keep pace with getting our designed out quickly. We typically like to have a turn around time on our preliminary plans of 2 weeks and to be through finals within 5 weeks from sign off on preliminary plans. We then take the plans and design wall shops in HSB. If this is something that you would be interested in discussing more please let me know.
