I need experienced folks who can deliver full construction documentation Architectural drawing set on schedule, with high level of quality drawings and limited budget, revit model will be provided. Must be able to start immediately. READ CAREFULLY: You'll be an expert in Revit and BIM, as well as architectural office standards and presentation to produce sets of drawings, revise the design to incorporate details, schedules and specifications as needed. This means commercial construction document sets for more expressive buildings, not just simple home designs. Technical and planning drawing work is vital knowledge. It is expected to be familiar with Australian regulations. Please, note that ONLY proposal bids that INCLUDES portfolios (Revit work CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION set, floor plans, elevations, etc) and pricing estimate will be considered, containing detailed architecture details to evaluate your technical capability and competency to deliver this project on time. Write 'RevitDoc' on top of your bid, so I know you have fully read the description of this project. Thanks.
