i used unity for about 3 months and then i changed into 3d modelling so i think i could help i will bake all the textures for your island and i will do it depending for what you want (lowpoly , hightpoly) and all the other stuff the dead line is not going to be the same as i wrote , it will depend for what you want for more details you can contact me
