This project is a first step in a long process of creating a usable VoiceXML interpreter for Skype API platform.
This project is a windows aplication. When activated it will listen for skype call(s). Once the call is recieved, program requests voicexml document from a webServer, then parses document and downloads audio file(s). Greeting message is played for user, and then you record message using skype API (wav/mp3convertOption) then upload audio message to webServer.
On the top of this please write some recommendations as to how to handle multiple calls on the same machine (windows 2003 server) This is not necessary for this bid but will be considered when choosing the developer. What would be the most efficient way to have multiple skype ports on the same machine? Is it possible at current stage of API? Or maybe multiple copies? How to handle redirect to a non_active instances/ports?
Web app serving VoiceXML documents and upload form are already done.
Interpreter will really only handle few tags, with one or multiple tags and tag that will instruct the intepreter to listen for input after playing audio file. All inside tag
