LED DISPLAY BOARD

Hi I want to make a project based on microcontroller at89s52 or similar, I want some one specially based in Ahmedabad, India who can make a electronics project named LED Display board for our company. The contractor has to design the project, has to make a simulation on proteus or similar. after verifying the simulation model he himself has to make a real hardware along with the complete code written in keil c Language. the LED matrix can be used no need to bind individual leds. 8x5 led matrilx is to be used and atleast 10 matrix should be there in the hardware. The hardware should be capable of storing data in its internal memory. this data can be changed by the user. There should be 3 inputs in this hardware. 1. Computer to hardware using serial communication. 2. GSM to hardware using GSM Modem 3. Keyboard interface. Please genuine person apply only [who can work, not for trial]. The contractor who can submit the project in time limit only apply. If you have ready project than it is good for us. Please donot ask any kind of advance before the project delivered.
