GTK+ based GUI development for software written in C

Greetings to all developers! We are a product company building a networking product that should make network/product testing very simple and easy to use. With that in mind, we are building a cross-platform(Linux,Win) in C. The entire backend code is written by us. However, the one thing we would like to outsource/freelance is the GUI development. We are looking for someone with vast GTK+ experience. Someone who excels in making beautiful , easy to use and dynamic GUIs for softwares. Version 1 of our product will definitely not have as many bells and whistles as wireshark's GUI, but that's the overall look and feel that we are targeting.
