build AmiBroker dataplugin for fetching data from Oracle DB to a database.

Hello, I have Oracle 5 minute stock prices database and I am willing to fetch all new values as well last 2 values for each asset and update the DB with them. I am aware that i can use odbc driver but it fetches all data from the DB whenever i try to do anything which is a huge latency. The final product would be DLL files as well as source code and how to change the DB connection string and use it. more details on proposal.
