Expert Developer wanted for creating Heiken Ashi in eSignal

Hi, This is simple indicator/strategy which I want in eSignal. I will explain you the concept of my strategy. FOR BUY, In chart, When heikan ashi changes from red bar to green bar and leave one green bar to complete then next opening bar there should be buy signal (BUY ARROW) FOR SELL, In chart, When heikan ashi changes from green bar to red bar and leave one red bar to complete then next opening bar there should be sell signal (SELL ARROW) After that, I want HA to be shown in dashboard with price. Inputs and Files should be create when signal generated if needed. *********************************************** The scope of the work would include the following. 1) Making a Heinken Ashi scanner for various time frames as available in E-Signal . It could be of 5 minutes or 9 minutes or 15 minutes or 30 minutes or 33 minutes or 60 minutes or 110 minutes 0r 4 hours or 6 hours or 1 day or 3 days or week or month etc as the time frame given in E-Signal. 2) The scanner should be attached with an alert signal. For which ever time frame we keep an alert, the pop-up should happen and voice. It could be multiple alerts for 5 minutes and 30 minutes and 1 hour and 4 hours simultaneously. 3) You will have to gives us the source code for the file. 4) The service period will be for a period of 9 months. 5) Back testing of the system should be available for all time frames. 6) the Buy alert should come with a price. For e.g. if we are doing a Heinken Ashi candle for 1 hour , the after completion of one full candle , it should trigger a buy or a sell pop up or alert with the price on the very first second after the candle reversal.
