Write a small Function in C to return Program File Handle

We have a case that a program runs on a computer more than once Let’s call one program Program_A and the other Program_B (both are the same exe and we have the SourceCode) What we want to do: When we open Program_B we would like it should check if Program_A is running. If Program_A is running we want it should maximize Program_A and kill itself. Both programs have the same class name In order to do this, we would need a C function that would return us the file handle of Program_A I’m suggesting writing a C function OtherProgramFileHandle(ProgramClass, hwnd_of_Program_B) --> Returning hwnd_of_Program_A This should work on all windows from Windows 7 and up.
