Hello, Being a C# developer (for more than 5 years), recently, I worked on an application that required to wrap a given executable inside a C# application and allow only registered users to use the wrapped application. Moreover, it was also required to restrict the user from copying/moving/deleting the wrapped application (along with its dependencies) while it is executing. I've developed the application using C# and also used some advanced technologies, such as WMI, to protect the wrapped application from being copied by the user. Further, I've also worked on yet another application where it was required to somehow encrypt the database so that only the application for which it is developed can access it. By going through the given document, as it seems that, you want to provide a strong security for the contents that you share with the students those get registered with your service, I think we can use similar techniques to protect the data and allow only registered students to access the contents. It would be, therefore nice, if you can provide further details of the project, such as the technology stack that you want to use (especially for developing the web app) and the estimated time and cost requirements, so as to see if I can help you with the same.
