so basically you want to merge two sets of data into one meaningful one which will be queried by the functions don't you want to store the data into database? or you just want it to be in memory for faster access?

I have gone through the attached PDF. The first sub-item of the first item is ambiguous. The part about detecting incorrect values fir the columns is clear enough. But, when you say, column geometry of line 70, is that a human observation of the nature of the error and corrective action to be taken or is the program supposed to determine that automatically for the rest of the lines?
