MVC (C#) & Desktop App (C++ Native)

I am looking for someone to create two application 1. MVC5 Web application - Admin Will be able to login web application with Admin Account to Add/List/modify these 4 items (Email ID, Mobile Number, Computer Unique ID (Hardware ID), Date of Expiry), These items should be coming from Sql database. 2. C++ (Native) DLL - Application will connect Web application to see if the computer with Hardware ID is already registered or not if not then it will add the record through rest api (Email id & Mobile ) these 2 fields will be taken as User input and (Hardware ID & Date (3 days from today) will be added by application itself), After that it will download all 4 fields from web application in encrypted form and will save it locally. if there is any error downloading file from website Then it will decrypt locally stored file, if the expiry date is future date then it will continue but if expiry is within 2 days then it will pop up message expiry is in next n days, if expiry date is past date then it will pop up Service Expired. i need source code of both application also i am looking for long term so that i can involve in more projects.
