Hello, I already did a project just like this using ffmpeg. In that project the goal was to create a video from a power-point file or from a bunch of imported images. Generate these frames programmatically from the attached video. Work Steps: • We will use Aforge and Opencv library for image processing. • Procedure : a. Grab each frame by calculating frame rate of the given video b. generate a frame mask for little smoothing operation c.
