There is an SDK that deals with License Plate recognition called DTK LRP sdk, the address of the SDK for download is the following: [login to view URL] There you can download both the new version 3.0 and the Legacy (Old version) 2.0 The project is to take the sample from the 3.0 version and implemented with the 2.0 Library. We have been assured by the manufacturer that even though the libraries have changed some small things in regards to how to access certain things, the functionality even thought called in a different manner is all there for the old SDK to be able to implement the new sample with the old SDK library. The work is to download both SDK´S study both samples (C# samples ONLY) and refactor the NEW VERSION 3.0 SAMPLE to be build, work in the same way and implement the same functionality using the old SDK, we have been assured by the producer that this can be done with a good programmer and a couple of days of refactoring some parts of the sample code.
