Simple App, that simulates a primitive customer service program. C# Windows Forms or C# Universal Windows App

Create the program in C# Universal Windows App or C# Windows Forms. See attached screenshot for approximate appearance. Because this is just a "simulation" of the CS app, if you will look at the screenshots, you should understand all functionality since it's very basic - Create a new case, save, edit, close case, exit. Still, feel free to ask all questions that you need, to be sure you moving in the right direction. Requirements: 1) You can store "cases" in the text document, SQL, or whatever you like. When the "New Case" button clicked -> Add sequential account number for each new "customer", for example: 0001, 0002, 0003, and so on, and random case number. 2) You should be able to pull up cases via "Search" looking by first name/last name/account #/case #, and display them. If you want, you can display them in already editable form, then we can remove the "Edit button". Upon clicking on "Save button", all info on the screen, obviously, should be saved, rewriting the old case info. Pack it in [login to view URL] with basic installation. That's it!
