GUI Console Application: Automated File Merge Program

Attention freelancers: I'm looking to create a GUI console application written in C, C++, or Java. This is basically an automated file merge program, capable of single folders full of files, along with multiple groups of folders. Important note: each folder will contain specific files to merge. Each folder should result in an individual plain text file per folder, that is then saved to an external folder (see instructions below). The Select Separators has the following separators (which are inserted between sections): ************************************* ===================================== +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ##################################### ..................................... !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <-----------------------------------> Other options include: No filename - this allows you to save it with no filename (like --, for example) Use Filename in first line of section (no extension) - allows the filename from the file to be used as the heading for that section. Wrap new section heading in H2 Tags (no extension) - allows the section heading to be wrapped in H2 tags (like this: <h2>Title of section</h2>) No H2 Tags: Just the text string of the filename itself. Save as Filename(1) - Allows the user to select Filename(1) as the new file name of the output file. Add another batch folder (this button lets you add as many folders as you want for batch processing). Select one folder to save new individual files to (allows you to select one folder to dump all the individually-newly-created files to). Process all batch folders above (allows you to process the batch merge of all selected folders). For example: The text files are lines of text. Processing means processing all files within a folder (regardless of quantity) with the resulting output unchanged, and formatted like so...(see attachment). The new resulting file saved to a specified single folder (a process applied to all batches), so each batch in a folder would be a new single file generated in one single folder of the user's choosing.
