To Summarize

1. I’m selling to maybe 50 different companies (Tier 1 Customers).

2. They will sell to 100,000+ Retail Businesses (Tier 2 Customers).

I need vTiger to manage marketing to my potential customers (Tier 1). I also need vtiger to let Tier 1’s who sign up to manage sales to their potential customers (Tier 2)

I’m currently using Leads 360 (Velocify) and need someone to help me setup vTiger.

I have vTiger installed and mostly setup. But I need help finishing the setup.

Perhaps the best thing is for the developer I’m looking for to call/skype and I can walk you through the current CRM I’m using to show you the features I want to reproduce in vTiger.
