Fully setup and configure CRM system for our needs

I'm looking to introduce a CRM system into our workflow to help react quicker and more efficiently to Facebook leads. Although I would like to setup only one type of lead initially, I would like to put the foundations in place so this can easily be expanded in the future. IMPORTANT: Ongoing monthly costs (for CRM, SMS etc.) is also a key factor and should be kept low. Everything would need to be fully GDPR compliant. Required automatic workflow would go something like: - Lead comes into Facebook - All information is logged in CRM - An account is made for them where they can upload queries, photos etc. in CRM - A text message is sent to them with login details and a 'hand holding' runthrough - An email/text is sent to them with pertinent questions related to the lead enquiry - All further correspondance with lead easy to add - Information easy to extract Please let me know your thoughts, cost and timescales. As part of the CRM, and the customer having their own private login which is setup automatically and sent to them via text/email, a questionnaire of sorts would need to be set up in the CRM which guides them though taking photos and uploading them etc. This would have to be very easy for them to view (on their phone etc.) and make the process as simple as possible. The answers they give and the photos they take would need to autopopulate a document which we would supply. Obviously, once we are up and going there would be ongoing work tweaking and adding features, so it is important you can commit to these future works too. Regards.
