Crystal Reports SAP

I need to be able to sign up for a cloud-based reporting tool (Crystal is one of them) and create own reports using SQL command connecting to MySQL db hosted on Amazon AWs/RDS. I would like to work with the report until I feel it looks and fees as how I want it delivered to my client. Then, I would like to pass the necessary links to my ASP.NET developer to link those reports to an online application that my client uses. The developer passes information to each report created on the SAP (let's say date, etc) and it would just do the needed job of fetching displaying the data. I am trying to offload some of the pressure on my developer by creating the reports I need. Bidder needs to walk me through the process of creating a cloud account, design and produce my reports, and demonstrate the requirements that my developer needs in order to integrate the report.
