Looking for LIVE CHAT SUPPORT REP This position is for full time 8 hours a day. Monday through Friday. The pay is $400 a month. This job will have you attend to our customers on LIVE CHAT. Which means that you have to be available on moments notice to respond to customer requests 8 hours a day during the shift. Furthermore, you will also be required to answer customers through FB and various other channels of communication. You will be required to keep learning about our products daily, reading a variety of articles and videos on our topics to be able to assist our customers as much as possible. You will need to learn a lot of new information, so that is something that you must feel comfortable doing. Studying and learning and retaining information learnt. You will need to be able to think and use the information obtained in various case scenarios. Furthermore, after an extensive interview, if selected, you will need to through 2 days of 6 hours a day, learning and training to see how well you’ll do. This is a NON-PAID 2 days of training. In these 2 days you will need to learn quite a lot of information. Throughout these training days you will be tested on the knowledge that you receive. How well you understand our products, how well you retain new information and how well you can handle working in a fast-paced environment will be the determining factors in whether you get this job or not. - YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR LIVE CHAT EXPERIENCE - MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH Be an empathetic listener -Connect well with customers -Problem solver -Quick thinker -Team Player -Passionate about Dance -Passionate about customer service -Live chat experience
