List TV shows on my site and submit to SideReel, etc.

I run [login to view URL] which is a website where people can come and watch episodes of their favorite TV shows online, such as Survivor, American Idol, House, Big Bang Theory, and more. I need someone that will be able to help me add new episodes of new shows and will be able to fix broken video links as they happen, and submit the shows to the big TV sites such as SideReel, Yideo, and a few other sites. I only have 6 shows listed on my site now, but I want to have about 50 of the most popular TV shows on there. If you are able to do what I need done I would be interested in having you be my assistant on a permanent basis. Besides the initial adding of shows to my site, it really shouldn't be too much work just adding new episodes as they come out and submit them to the TV sites.
