Duties include:
Prepare and enter all data relating to new jobs, into Moraware system. Must pay strong attention to detail, as errors are extremely costly
Handle all attentions relating to jobs in Moraware. (i.e. sinks not fitting, incorrect specs provided, work order approvals). Consistent follow ups required.
Greet and assist customers in showroom, regarding material selections and provide quotes based off layouts. Obtain all data relating to job
Handle all custom quoting. (i.e. Centura Tile, Ora Kitchens, Stutt Kitchens & Custom)
Answer phones and handle calls accordingly.
Every day use of Microsoft Excel and Office. Must have strong knowledge of programs.
Manage Template schedule. Schedule all jobs with site supervisors, or homeowners and organize schedule based on location. Provide documents to templater on daily basis, for jobs they will be measuring the following day.
Be available for questions or queries from templater, regarding jobs while they are on site.
