Find information and do Data Entry

Hi everyone, we need some help!!! :) On price: > We have chosen a sealed bidding process as we want to get a price you are happy with, not just outbidding every other freelancer > We want to negotiate on price, depending on requirements and level of expertise. We will probably pay on a per menu/per listing basis > We do have a maximum budget, but we are not disclosing this until after initial bids. We need you to look at scanned images of menus from local businesses with prices and descriptions and enter them directly into our website backend (we have a custom made content management system and we will train you how to do this - you will need an internet connection for this and be on skype with our head of content. Training should take 2-4 hours). They need to be categorised, analysed - so this is not a simple data entry exercise, it requires a decent amount of analysis of the menus to ensure everything is tagged correctly. We also have a list of stores where we don't have menus/prices/descriptions - we will need you to search online or contact them for a menu/price range. This can be done via email/phone etc if needed. We have all their contact details. In order to be successful we need: > Hunters who don't mind the hard work of trawling the internet to get the content we need > Don't mind contacting merchants to clarify / to get the information we need > You learn fast, we will teach you how to use the content management system > You will have very high level english skills - communication is extremely important as there will be frequent content with our head of content to ensure everything is done correct. > You will be able to commit full-time and work on our project directly and not work on anything else in the mean-time > You have to be PERFECT! i mean extremely accurate - 0 mistakes! :) Scoping: > We think it will take about three weeks full-time for one person, there are about 3,000 listings but perhaps only 75% of these we will find menus for. > We will probably take 2-3 people to work on this (unless 1 person can convince us to award the whole project to them with good reason!) Please shoot through questions/clarifications. One final point. If the arrangement is successful, this will most likely evolve into a full-time role with our team.
