Well you haven't mentioned the number and average duration of the video file on which the time and effort depends. Kindly clarify the same for a better estimate. As for understanding task, it is clear that you need transcript from the videos. Please be advisehe videos must get accepted by Youtube (not rejected or blocked for any copyright/terms/other reasons).
