What we are looking for
If you are full time available to work with us, are a true organizational talent and possess the characteristic of taking Initiative and being committed, then we are looking for YOU! Working with us, these are the type of tasks you would be working on:
- Set appointments and appointment reminders
- Compose offers and send them off
- General correspondence and documentation
- General administrative tasks
What do you need to work with us? A laptop or PC, a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work. Then you are ready to go!
Your experience
- You ideally completed a business focused education
- You are experienced in using computers, Microsoft Office software and the Internet
- You are an organizational talent and can effectively organize and prioritize your tasks
- You are structured, detail-oriented, well organized and reliable
- You have excellent spoken and written English skills
