Need a database designer for suggestions

******PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID******* We are developing accounting like(accounting with twicking) system where we need to preserve past data and other details. We already have developed 50% of the databse design yet 50% is remaining. We want someone to look at our database and help us to solve our issues we are having in currently developed database. Also we need the selected person to design remaining database structure. P.S. 1).We just want database structure. We are not looking to develop the software. 2). This might be ongoing project till project finish off(might take upto 6 months), means you will need to suggest/guide us to solve any doubt if arise during development period. 3). Project payment will be done on 3 phases, a). 30% after solving our history log issue. b). 30% after delevering the remaining accounting table strucure(Requirements will be shared later as you will need to see our existing structure) c). 40% after completing the project. -> Indian Person(s)/agency having experiance in accounting software development will be preffered.
