Delphi - Firemonkey Document PDF creation and Export using TTMSFMXPDFLib

The goal is to create a Work Order PDF as attached, which will be populated from database, but not on this project. It should be a simple Firemonkey project with a Function resulting in saving the PDF file to the mobile device. Looking for Delphi developers experienced in the Firemonkey framework and also with the TMS Software component. The project needs to be delivered in Delphi - Firemonkey framework. At least in versions: Delphi Berlin/Tokyo/Rio. The developer should use TMS Software's TTMSFMXPDFLib component for building the PDF in the FMX framework. The custom field 1-3 should be implemented in a way that it can be extended to Custom Field 1-10 similarly. The whole code should be flexible to be able to add custom fields at a later time, and everything below can easily be moved down. Long parts name and service descriptions should be wrapped to multiple lines. Multi-page reports should be implemented too in case of many parts or long descriptions. The document should be split to 2-3 pages if necessary. The code should be structured so that the valuables can be easily replaced to database components. A valid alternative can be done with a different component, but still working under Firemonkey.
