Since you probably won't hire me anyway, even though I've spruced up many children's books and have been editing for more than 50 years, I'll say what I think about your title and let the chips fall where they may. Your title stinks. It doesn't tell the reader enough about the story and what it does say is hackneyed and outworn. Is your tale about dental hygiene? I hope not. There's nothing magical about that. Also, the name Terrence is a cliche, as is the word magical itself. What about something like "Broombast the Mouseman Magician"? Even that silly title would grab kids attention better than yours.
