RF KPI Monitoring - ZTE Netnumen

I have 20 years of experience. I have practical experience on optimizing Telefonica, AT&T networks. My questions are 1. What is the location of the project? 2. Is it trail run or already working network? 3. Is it for VoLTE services or LTE services or any other services? My time frame to start this project is immediately.
