I need to develop a small size GPS tracking system

Hi, I have developed several GPS based device before. we can use uBlox, SimCom, or another manufacturer who has integrated GPS + GSM module. for MCU, we can use AVR, STM32, or everything you prefer with. let's discuss it over chat.
