Flash Pdf Magazine platform

I need an online magazine platform. Short explanation : Upload pdf to platform. Platform converts pdf into an online Flash magazine. The online magazine will have a pageflip animation. It should be possible to add video, swfs and links to the pages in the magazine. The platform should have a cms where admin can login and assign users that will then get their own login. Users and admin should be able to upload their own magazine/magazines and add content like videos, swfs and links. This is a short description.
