Here u r getting variable speed. 1 thing u can do at input of alternator is to put a gear box like windfarm. 2nd thing at the output u can have automatic voltage regulator, which regulates the voltage. As per requirement, Required 3kw output against 500-1700 rpm input speed, This project is possible?
