Recommendation for connection of new heat-pump (air-water) to existing home water based floor heating system

I want a recommendation from an expert plumber/plumbing engineer on how to install a new 12kW air-water heat-pump into an existing hot water based floor heating system in a one-family home in cold climate. The output from this project shall be a detailed description to give to my plumber, with piping diagram showing which pipes to use (dimensions, materials, insulation), where to place circulaton pump(s), expansion tank, pressure valves, other valves and heat-exchanger if recommended. Specifications for all recommended components to be included. Detailed description of the existing installation and the new heat pump will be supplied on request.
