Hi. I have experience with brushless motors, mostly loaded by a propeller, understand relations involved. For calculations I used mostly a simplified equation connecting power, thrust and rotor's diameter, should be OK I think, at least if propeller remains the same, but more complicated approach is possible also. I have an Excel file calculating all parameters including induced velocity of a propeller but it would be probably an unnecessary complication for this case. I'm ready to discuss details by messaging before starting, contact me if interested. Would like to know what criteria stand for "better" motor - price, performance, etc. I'm an electronic engineer with 7 years of experience in 3D modelling using SolidWorks.
