Tethered balloon design for art installation

Hi there, This is Bogdan from Romania. I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - besides the gimbal you will also need a method/system/device which to keep the projector oriented by north/south axis - as the balloon moves and also spins, the gimbal will not be enough 2 - the entire system (gimbal, power source, projector, signal receiver, etc) should be somehow enclosed for protection and also have a mean to protect them in the case of falling down... (i guess the projector is not the cheapest and will be pity to destroy it because you didn't take precautions...) 3 - what kind of balloon do you use? helium or hot air? 4 - the entire assembly should be able to pivot around the balloon axis...
